A+ Certification TWO is the second of two courses, which together are designed to prepare candidates for the following CompTIA exams:
220-601 - A+ Essentials
220-602 - A+ IT technician
Aims and Objectives
- Gain the knowledge and practical experience to be ready for CompTIA IT Technician exam 220-602.
Target Audiences
Current IT Service desk personnel wishing to have their skills endorsed and individuals with a good knowledge of PCs and a keen interest to know more and attain A+ Certification.
Prerequisites
Delegates should be generally familiar with using PCs, including keyboard and mouse skills, but are not required to have prior experience in computer maintenance.
